1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between:

(hereinafter referred to as “Kingdom Paints” or “we”)

and our commercial customers in connection with the sale and licensing of paints and paint-related products within Europe.

 
2. Products and Services
We sell paints in bulk quantities and grant exclusive usage rights for specific paint systems within Europe.
All product descriptions and details displayed on our website are non-binding and subject to change.

 
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded once the customer submits an order via email, form, or direct inquiry, and we confirm the order in writing.
We reserve the right to decline orders without providing reasons.

 
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (EUR), net, plus applicable VAT (if applicable).
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods:

Bank transfer (SEPA)
Other methods as stated on the invoice
In case of delayed payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest and reminder fees.

 
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery terms are agreed upon individually. Risk is transferred to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the shipping provider.
Shipping costs are calculated separately depending on the destination, quantity, and weight of the order.

 
6. Licensing Terms
By purchasing a license, the customer agrees to use the licensed products only in accordance with the provided licensing terms.
Sublicensing, resale, or reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.

 
7. Warranty and Liability
Our products undergo strict quality control.
Minor deviations in color or consistency do not constitute defects.

We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
Liability for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption is excluded.

 
8. Retention of Title
All delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany exclusively applies.
Jurisdiction for all disputes is Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe, Germany.

 
10. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these T&C be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
